Every strategy provided by the brainchild is data-driven. However, MarqX Wisdom (OPC) Private Limited provides no absolute guarantees of specific outcomes or revenue targets. Market forces and platform algorithm shifts remain independent variables.
MarqX provides the architectural blueprints for scaling. While the client owns the resulting operational data flows, the underlying proprietary logic of the brainchild framework remains the sole IP of MarqX Wisdom (OPC) Private Limited.
Any disputes arising from the use of this protocol shall be resolved exclusively within the legal forum of Delhi, India.
